Hey chic! This is awesome! I know anyone can be healthy its just the motivation part that sucks!I just moved to New York in June.My husband was gone for 6 wks. up here before me.So I ATE!!
Then the stress of moving...you guessed it! I ATE! now i've lost about 10lbs. so far just slowing my eating down.I guess i'm what you call pear shape.I can't seem to lose the weight off my stomach,hips,and thighs!Any suggestions?
