I have stuck to my guns about weighing my self this week.. I have only weighed in once at the gym, and of course I didnt like the number .  Although the number on the scale is not what I wanted to see, a pair of carpis that I wore before I had Marshall actually fit today!  I am slowly toning my body and dropping the fat!  This only proves that the scale is not an important piece of equipment! 
This is going to be a rough week for me. My cardio plan is back to long sessions of moderate intensity.  Im gonna have to get some good music, and just kick it out!
