I dont know about you, but I love peanut butter! I can eat it right off the spoon. And we all know the right kind of peanut butter is good for us,, but only in moderation.. I deffinately do not know how to moderate peanut butter intake.. So today I placed my first order for some PB2. For those of you who have never heard of this, it is a powdered form of peanut butter.. All you do is add water, and boom!! peanut butter, which has fewer calories, and less fat! 
For all of us who are trying to drop weight, or get in shape or the combination of the two, we are constantly looking for things to make our "diet " easier.  I will let you know what I think of this product as soon as it arrives at my door!  In the meantime,, I will try my hardest to control the intake of the high calorie/fat type thats in my pantry right now.
