Yesterday started week 7 of a 12 week workout program im on.  This week my cardio went up majorly!  As many of you know,, im not big on cardio.. Not because I dont belive in it, or know the outcome is great,, because I just get bored with it, and would rather pump some iron!  This week my cardio goal is 60 mins for 5 days this week.. Day one,, check,, day 2,, im 20 mins away from my goal.  I know I can get it done, its a matter of being focused, and knowing what the outcome of doing my cardio will be..
